Our event space includes chairs for up to 50 seated guests (this includes children if they need their own seat).

We now include an additional 1 hr. set up time with every booking!

If you feel you need more than 1 hour to set up for your event, please book a longer reservation.

 Early arrival outside of your scheduled booking time is not permitted. Because we host multiple events throughout the weekend, we must respect each client’s reserved time. If you need to add more time to your booking, please reach out asap to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Yes, we allow outside food & catering at our event space. If you would like to use one of our preferred vendors, please let us know and we will send you that list.

We welcome homeschool field trips, farm classes, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, graduation parties, sweet 16, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, micro-weddings, classes, workshops, meetings! Planning to host regular classes or meetings? Please let us know what you have in mind as we offer discounts for reoccuring bookings.

New Policy:  We do allow DJs, however due to the close proximity of neighboring homes, we do not allow subwoofers or loud music. We want you to enjoy your special day but due to the location of our venue being close to residential homes, we kindly ask that music be kept at a reasonable level and not to be heard from the outside of the venue building. Live instrumental music is allowed. Should music be too loud or at a level we can hear from our home next door, we reserve the right to request that the music be turned down. 

We understand plans can change. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled event date, no refund will be issued. 

We allow events booked up to 10pm. Music and noise must be off by 10pm in respect to sound ordinances and neighbors.
